Fleetwood is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team at our High Wycombe modular building facility.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients from contract signing through construction, handover and beyond, ensuring every customer receives a professional, positive and seamless experience.

Working closely with our Sales, Construction and Maintenance teams, you'll build strong relationships, proactively manage customer communication, coordinate project milestones and identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey.

This is a hands-on role where your ability to build trust, solve problems and deliver exceptional service will directly contribute to client satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey from contract execution through to handover and post-build support.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key liaison between customers and Fleetwood.
  • Provide regular project updates, manage enquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate project milestones, handovers and customer documentation throughout the build process.
  • Maintain accurate client records, job tracking and pipeline information.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered on time.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance the customer experience and support business efficiency.

  • Experience within residential construction, building, property or a related industry will be highly regarded.
