EC-WEST (West Kimberley Futures – Empowered Communities) was established by West Kimberley Aboriginal leaders in June 2021. We are the neutral ‘backbone’ organisation for Empowered Communities in the West Kimberley region of Western Australia.

Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the operational functions of EC-West as Chief Operations Officer (COO). You will oversee service delivery and provide strategic leadership in finance, human resources, compliance, administration, and stakeholder engagement.

You are a strategic, values-driven leader with experience managing complex operations in a senior role. You have expertise in finance, HR, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning, with a proven record of delivering outcomes and fostering sustainable growth.

What We Offer

You will be rewarded with a salary of $155,401.96 (excluding Superannuation) and benefits including:
