Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded and creatively driven Principal, Retail Activation to lead the development of branded retail environments and in-store activation experiences across our retail partner network. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and commercial teams, this role will translate brand direction and product strategy into engaging retail experiences that maximise product visibility, strengthen brand presence and support sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of retail galleries, showroom environments and in-store activations
- Develop layouts, merchandising concepts and retail presentation standards
- Create spatial plans and visual concepts using SketchUp, CAD or similar tools
- Collaborate with retailers, suppliers and installation partners to deliver impactful retail environments
- Support exhibition stands, trade shows and showroom activations
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to support retail growth and customer engagement
Skills & Experience
- Experience within retail environments, visual merchandising or showroom planning
- Strong spatial awareness and retail layout capability
- Experience using SketchUp, CAD or similar software
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Ideally experienced within furniture, interiors or home retail
