Small Oxford charity seeks an organised, friendly Office Administrator to provide admin, finance and HR support (part‑time, 18–24 hrs/week; Tues, Weds, Thurs preferred).

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing enquiries
  • Processing invoices
  • Maintaining records
  • Diary and meeting support
  • Helping with events

Applicants must be confident with MS Office, Excel and Google Sheets, CRM systems, have an eye for detail, strong verbal and written skills, discretion with confidential information, and a willingness to learn charity systems. Experience with Xero or Beacon CRM is an advantage.

Pension provided.
