Job Description
Sales Director – Technology Focused – London – £200k OTE – Key Accounts
This isn’t a cold-start role. The person coming in will inherit key enterprise accounts – including the group’s largest managed service – and will be expected to grow them properly. Add to that two major Consultancy accounts on newly won terms, both with UK-wide license to expand, and it’s a big opportunity from day one.
The Role
- Full ownership of major accounts, one of which is the group’s biggest MSP.
- With additional Consultancy accounts:
- One has already produced 15+ placements since Q1 from just a sliver of one client – with full rights to go wider.
- Another signed recently and yet to be developed.
- Responsibility for expanding accounts, driving retention, and creating new revenue streams.
- New business is expected too – particularly across Public Sector, Consultancy, and Tech.
- Blend of 180 and 360 – feeding delivery (splits on fees) while sitting alongside 360s to deepen client relationships and push cross-sell.
- Pipeline management, forecasting, and personal P&L responsibility.
- Target to deliver 10 placements per month, with contract margins between £500–£1,000 per week.
- Current team runs at £100k p/w – the aim is to get this area to £200k p/w.
What They’re Looking For
- 7+ years’ experience in client-facing sales roles within Recruitment
- Experience in MSP, RPO or solution-based selling (SOWs, projects, managed services).
- Someone intelligent and consultative – not just transactional. Able to spot gaps, create vacancies, and expand accounts.
- Energy matters – they don’t want someone lethargic. Driven, sharp, and invested in building something.
- Background across Public Sector or Consultancy accounts would be an advantage.
- Comfortable running forecasts, pipelines, and driving client spend.
Package & Process
- £80k–£100k base (c.£90k likely).
- OTE £200k+.
- Quarterly bonus: 5% over 80% of target, 7% over 100%. Team currently running at 114% of budget.
- 360 Comms scheme for all deals placed (Splits as you will use the delivery team)
- Hybrid working: 2 days in London office (Mon/Thu)
Why ?
- Warm, high-value accounts from day one.
- Proven track record of scaling – the contracts function has already grown from £8k to £150k p/w at it's peak.
- A business shifting gears – moving from an academy model to hiring senior talent. Now’s the time to join.
- Best-in-class support – marketing, Sales Ops, and leadership obsessed with growth.
- Clear earning potential – high margins, strong accounts, and one of the best commission schemes around.
