This is perfect for someone with a couple of years’ recruitment experience within the Tech or Marketing space. You’ll be ready to take full ownership of your desk, develop new business opportunities, and build lasting client relationships. This is not a 180 or purely delivery role — a proven background in business development is a must!
- Proactively win new business, grow your network, and build a strong client base.
- Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from briefs to placement and aftercare.
- Become a true market specialist — you’ll know your sector inside out.
- Attend industry events and networking meetups to grow your presence.
- Work as part of a supportive, values-led team that celebrates your success.
