Who They’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally from a boutique or mid-sized agency background
- Proven track record in one or more of the following sectors:
- Tech (e.g. data, AI, infrastructure, delivery/project roles)
- Finance (qualified or transactional)
- HR & People
- Strong business development skills and a genuine passion for client relationships
- Ambition to become a future leader and play a key role in growing the Manchester office
