Senior Data Recruiter - FinTech - Base £35k - £50k (Dependent on billings)

I am working with a FinTech Recruitment agency that is looking to add to their Perm team. They work exclusively within Financial Services delivering on all their Tech roles. They are a business of 50, with offices in the UK and US, and they have a global presence - their average billings per consultant is £202k.

As a business, they recruit across the following markets:

  • Software
  • DevOps
  • Change & Transformation
  • Data
  • Quant Finance
  • Application & Support
  • Infrastructure and Network

What are they looking for?

  • 18 months 360 Recruitment experience across either Technology (anything to do with Cyber, Software, DevOps in either the UK, Europe or US) or previously worked within Financial Services and keen to transfer into Tech.
  • They are looking for a mature character who wants to continue to develop learning off £700k billers, enjoy their time in the office, and wants to advance in their career.

What can they offer?

  • Salary £35-50k (DOE)
  • 2 days in the office one week, 3 days in the office next week
  • Cannon Street
  • Swimming Pool, Gym, Cafe in their office which is available to use at a subsidised rate
  • Markets - US, Europe, UK (Ideally UK, but would be open to either EU or US backgrounds)
  • Comms - up to 30% no threshold paid Monthly
  • Full tech stack, Broadbean, Sourcewhale, Apollo, BullHorn, Lusha etc.
  • Private Healthcare
  • Flat leadership structure, CEO is hands-on across all development and masterclasses.
