Overview
MarTech Team Lead – US Market – High-Growth Tech Recruitment
Manchester City Centre | Hybrid – Fully flexible working hours
This is not your average recruitment leadership role. My client is scaling fast – from 90 to 200 people in the next 3 years, with new offices opening in Austin, Texas and beyond. Their Tech division is already the best-performing team in the business, and now they’re looking for a MarTech Team Lead to take things to the next level.
You’ll inherit a high-performing MarTech desk that’s already delivering, with strong foundations built. This isn’t about starting from scratch – it’s about leading, inspiring, and scaling a function that’s set up for success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, develop, and inspire an established team of consultants.
- Drive growth across the SaaS & GTM recruitment space, with a focus on MarTech.
- Continue to build relationships with clients and candidates across a warm, established desk.
- Lead from the front with your own billing while developing the team’s success.
- Work closely with senior leadership to help shape strategy in one of the most exciting verticals.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced 360 recruiter (SaaS / GTM background essential, ideally with MarTech experience).
- Principal-level or above, with proven billing track record (£150k+ ideally).
- Previous management experience OR the ambition to step up into leadership.
- High-performing, commercially astute, with a growth mindset – no ego.
- Passion for building, leading, and scaling teams in a high-growth environment.
Why Join?
Established team foundations – inherit a performing desk, not build from scratch.
Warm, non-corporate culture – hybrid working, unlimited annual leave, no micromanagement.
Huge growth story – from 90 to 200 people, with international expansion (Austin, Texas).
Transparent career path: promotions & pay reviews every 6 months.
EMI equity scheme – share in the success of the business.
Significant personal upside: consultants regularly hitting £200k+ OTE, with top performers well beyond.
The Sell
This is a chance to lead one of the most exciting teams in the business, while still billing in a high-value, recession-proof market. You’ll be stepping into a role where the foundations are already in place – the systems, the clients, and the performance are there.
What’s needed is someone who can lead, inspire, and scale.
If you’re a proven SaaS / GTM recruiter ready for leadership, this is your opportunity to shape and own a vertical in a business that’s genuinely going places.
