We are scaling fast – from 90 to 200 people in the next 3 years, with new offices opening in Austin, Texas and beyond. Our Tech division is already the best‑performing team in the business and we need a MarTech Team Lead to take it to the next level.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, develop, and inspire an established team of 360 recruiters.
- Drive growth across the SaaS & GTM recruitment space, with a focus on MarTech.
- Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships on an established desk.
- Lead from the front with your own billing while developing the team’s success.
- Work closely with senior leadership to shape strategy in a high‑growth vertical.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced 360 recruiter – SaaS / GTM background essential, ideally with MarTech experience.
- Principal‑level or above, with proven billing track record (£150k+ ideally).
- Previous management experience or strong ambition to step into leadership.
- Commercially astute, growth mindset – no ego.
- Passion for building, leading, and scaling teams in a high‑growth environment.
