What’s on Offer

  • Base salary £35k-50k DOE
  • Uncapped comms: 20% up to £20k and 25% on everything above!
  • Hybrid London role (2 days office, rest remote)
  • Huge flexibility: No KPIs, no micromanagement, work 4 days a week if you want (really!)

What You’ll Do

  • Partner exclusively with high-growth AI startups, from pre‑seed to Series A/B
  • Headhunt the best engineering talent on the market (no generic resourcing here)
  • Start working jobs from Day 1 while you build your own client base
  • Manage client relationships and bring in new business as a 360 Consultant
  • Deliver high‑value, high‑fee placements in Europe and the US
  • Help shape the future of the business as it scales

What We’re Looking For

  • 2‑5 years recruitment experience in tech / software / AI
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - driven, resilient, and keen to build something
  • Familiar with smaller outfits or boutique firms (understands dynamics)
  • Confident, credible and skilled at true headhunting
