What’s on Offer
- Base salary £35k-50k DOE
- Uncapped comms: 20% up to £20k and 25% on everything above!
- Hybrid London role (2 days office, rest remote)

What You’ll Do
- Partner exclusively with high-growth AI startups, from pre‑seed to Series A/B
- Headhunt the best engineering talent on the market (no generic resourcing here)
- Start working jobs from Day 1 while you build your own client base
- Manage client relationships and bring in new business as a 360 Consultant
- Deliver high‑value, high‑fee placements in Europe and the US
- Help shape the future of the business as it scales
What We’re Looking For
- 2‑5 years recruitment experience in tech / software / AI
- Entrepreneurial mindset - driven, resilient, and keen to build something
- Familiar with smaller outfits or boutique firms (understands dynamics)
- Confident, credible and skilled at true headhunting
