An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing recruitment business specialising in the Umbrella and Contractor accounting sector. With a successful first year behind them and no signs of slowing down, the company is looking to expand its team with a driven and ambitious Recruitment Consultant.
The Role
The new hire will be responsible for recruiting primarily sales roles within payroll and accountancy companies. While the majority of placements will be sales-focused, there will be occasional compliance roles, ensuring variety in the desk. This is a very warm desk with 6-7 live jobs available from day one, providing an excellent opportunity to hit the ground running. While business development is not a primary focus, the company encourages everyone to have a proactive approach in identifying new opportunities. The environment is results-driven without excessive tracking or micromanagement—performance is measured by the number of deals closed rather than call metrics.
