We are looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our ever-growing Life Sciences Agency. We are looking for experienced candidates for our perm or contracts desk in Life Sciences & Chemicals.
We only need you to have a minimum of 6+ months of recruitment experience, but you need to have proven experience of winning business, from a White-Collar STEM recruitment background. However, the more experienced, the better. So please show interest if you are an experienced recruiter in this space.
You will be working for a global, market-leading Life Sciences Agency. This brand sells itself, so winning business will come easily if you are experienced in this area. We want people who are consultative and strong at building relationships.
You will need:
- A minimum of 6-months working in a 360 recruitment position
- White-Collar STEM recruitment experience
- Proven experience of winning new business
- An appetite for knowledge & success
- To be confident, as you will be expected to attend industry events
- To be mature and consultative
