GTM Recruitment Consultant

Are you looking to fast-track your career in a high-impact environment? Join a scaling, founder-led recruitment start-up that’s dominating the GTM and SaaS space .

They\’re looking for ambitious individuals ready to immerse themselves in a business with more inbound work than it can currently handle. You’ll be joining a hands-on founder with 12 years of experience and a proven record of building and scaling successful recruitment teams.

What are they looking for?

• A 360 Consultant to become the founder’s right hand — someone he can develop and upskill in all aspects including BD, search, and client management.

OR

• A Top-Tier Resourcer / Account Manager who knows how to deliver, understands how to tackle a brief, and can be trusted with high-value searches (NO BD)

If you\’re motivated, commercially sharp, and keen to grow into GTM, I want to hear from you.

Ideal Profile

• 6 months to 3 years’ recruitment experience
• Exposure to exec search / headhunting / retained is a big plus
• Passion for working with SaaS / GTM clients (or desire to pivot into it)
• Willingness to learn and develop a unique, consultative approach to market
• Strong screening, qualification, and candidate engagement ability
• Open to cross-training into GTM – enthusiasm and commitment matter more than experience

The Business

• £1M+ turnover over the last 3 years
• £160K+ billed by the founder already this year
• Fee sizes range from minimum £7K, up to £42.5K
• Solely focused on permanent hires
• Primarily UK market with some global reach
• Huge growth potential and high-value, warm work available
