What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and growing a Perm Fire & Security desk within the FM sector
  • Working live vacancies and tapping into warm client relationships across the UK
  • Leading the development of a Fire & Security division with full leadership backing
  • Establishing long-term client partnerships – no transactional KPIs here
  • Positioning yourself as a future Divisional Lead as the team scales
  • Autonomy: You’ll own your desk and shape the division your way
  • Support: Hands-on leadership who bill, plus external mentors & investment in your growth
  • Commission: No threshold, up to 30% uncapped
  • Transparent structure designed for high-performers
  • Culture & Incentives: Quarterly team days, sports events & proper recognition
  • No micromanagement, no red tape – just a team that wants you to succeed
  • Hours: Mon–Thurs: 9–4:45 | Fri: 9–4 (early Friday finish!)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong understanding of Fire & Security sector or a desire to specialise in it
  • Proven track record of billing success or the drive to build a desk from ground up
  • Ambition to step into leadership within the next 12–18 months
  • Self-starter with a commercial mindset – you see the bigger picture
  • You’re humble, driven, and results-focused – no bravado, just delivery
  • Retained work in play with key clients
  • Divisional managers who still bill and mentor hands-on
  • Growth plans to hit 12+ heads this year
  • Strong social impact focus – charity partnerships, community initiatives
  • Investment in branding, podcasts & marketing to amplify your desk’s presence

You’ll be joining a high-performing team, in its best year yet, with the opportunity to lead and scale the Fire & Security division as your own business unit within the company.
