Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant who finds more enjoyment in placing candidates than in business development? We are a Sales & Tech agency looking to grow, and we need someone with an executive presence to work on the delivery side of our established accounts.
We also want to hear from success-hungry candidates, who may not have recruitment experience, but are looking to start their career in this exciting industry.
You will be expected to demonstrate the following:
- LinkedIn searching.
- Database searching
- Experienced in candidate networking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experienced with internal CRM systems.
- Experienced with external ATS systems.
- Ability to run search campaigns is a real advantage.
- Commercial awareness
- Information-gathering and problem-solving skills
- Strong research and social networking skills
