I’m working exclusively with a high-growth, boutique executive search firm operating at the top end of the Financial & Accountancy market. This is a retained-only model (80%+ retained), partnering with PE-backed, VC-backed and high-growth businesses across the UK.

This is a genuine opportunity to move away from transactional recruitment into a true headhunting and advisory environment.

The Opportunity

You’ll be trusted to deliver senior finance mandates including:

  • Financial Controller
  • Finance Director
  • CFO
  • Head of Finance

Your focus will be on:

  • Market mapping & intelligence-led search
  • Proactive headhunting of passive candidates
  • Client development & long-term partnerships
  • Network-led recruitment
Who They’re Looking For
  • 12 months–3+ years’ experience in Financial or Accountancy recruitment
  • Strong interest in business development and relationship-led recruitment
  • Commercial, articulate and detail-driven
  • Confident with senior-level conversations
  • Hungry to move into an executive search environment
