A highly visible, market-leading Accountancy & Finance recruitment business in the North West is hiring experienced BD-led 360 recruiters to join its rapidly growing team. This is a business with a serious reputation. They are already a recognised name across the region, trusted by clients, well known by candidates, and regularly winning work against much larger corporate recruiters.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Full 360 recruitment with a clear focus on business development
  • Spending time face-to-face with clients and candidates in the market
  • Working primarily permanent roles (open to strong contract/interim billers)
  • Areas include: Part-Qualified & Transactional Finance, Newly Qualified / Commercial Finance, Interim / Change / Transformation (average margins ~25%)
  • If you bring in a role within your market, you keep it and fill it

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a BD-focused 360 recruitment role
  • A personable, relationship-driven recruiter who enjoys face-to-face meetings
  • Comfortable representing a well-known brand in the market
  • Sector background is flexible (finance, tech, legal, construction etc.)
  • Strong work ethic and commercial mindset
  • Team player — shares information, clients and success
  • Positive, energetic, no negativity allowed here

Compensation

  • Average fees: £18k–£22k (senior leadership finance), £9k–£15k (newly qualified finance)
  • Salary DOE
  • Structured 8-week onboarding and training plan
  • Daily exposure to experienced consultants and leadership
  • You’ll earn well, develop quickly, and genuinely enjoy the environment

North West coverage (Liverpool, Manchester, Blackburn, Stoke & surrounding areas). Premium Spinningfields office. 3 days in the office / 2 days WFH — WFH days are still market-facing.
