We’re growing — fast. With over 40 people across the wider group and significant expansion planned next year, we’re adding ambitious individuals to our Manchester team as we continue building across both the UK and US markets.
We’re now hiring Trainee Recruitment Consultants through to experienced recruiters (up to around 3 years’ experience) to join our US division, working from the UK and partnering closely with our established teams in the States.
The Opportunity
You’ll start in a 180-style role, supporting the US contracts team, with the potential to evolve into your own 360 desk or even relocate to the US as new offices open in New York and Texas. If you come from a perm recruitment background, there’s also a huge opportunity to tap into existing clients and build out our permanent offering, complementing our strong contract base.
Who We’re Looking For
We hire for attitude, resilience, and character above all else. Whether you’re just starting out or already have a few years of recruitment experience, if you’re:
- Hungry to learn and grow
- Up for the challenge and willing to put the work in
- Adaptable and open to new ways of working
- Confident enough to back yourself with the right support
…then you’ll fit right in. We’re open-minded on background — we’ve seen people thrive from all walks of life. Experience in STEM or white-collar sectors is a plus, but not essential.
Why Join Us?
We offer the best of both worlds — the agility and culture of an SME with the support and resources of a larger recruitment group.
- Strong leadership presence in Manchester - plenty to learn from!
- Top performers bill over £1m a year
- Excellent training, development, and pastoral support
- Long-standing team with great tenure
- Work hard, play hard culture — and no politics
The Process
- Intro chat (in person or via Teams)
