Established for over a decade, the firm focuses on advanced technology and mission critical delivery across engineering, enterprise tech, life sciences and data centre projects. They are known for working on complex, high impact programmes rather than generalist volume recruitment. With strong backing, modern infrastructure and a proven leadership team, they are now investing in experienced contract leadership to support their next growth phase across Europe and the US.

Role

  • Lead an existing tech contract function
  • Manage and improve performance of contract consultants
  • Stay hands on with billing and key accounts
  • Close leadership gap between team and SLT
  • Build structure and accountability across the desk
  • Typical contract margin around 20%
  • Avg perm fee approx £25k (1.5 DPM)
  • Commission paid on personal and team billings 20%+ margin, 30 day terms
