Looking to step into a high-performing desk with live clients , structured training, and the chance to build something of your own?
This opportunity sits within a leading specialist recruitment firm, known for consistently developing top billers and offering clear paths to ownership and leadership. They\’re now looking to hire a graduate or junior recruiter into a thriving Infrastructure desk covering Technology roles across Financial Services.
The desk was billing over ÂŁ250k annually before being paused due to a maternity leave – now it\’s back, live, and ready for someone with the drive and 360 mindset to make it their own.
The Role:
- Full 360 recruitment focused on Infrastructure roles across FS clients (banks, hedge funds, fintech, etc.)
- Step into a hot desk with strong relationships and live roles already open
- Place high-quality tech talent into long-term clients, covering roles like Desktop Support, SREs, Engineers, Platform Leads, and more
- Work closely with experienced recruiters who have built desks from scratch and trained grads into six-figure billers
- Collaborate across Data, QA, Development and Sales teams to cross-sell and maximise opportunity
Who This Suits:
- Graduates or junior recruiters (up to 1 year experience) looking for a proper platform to succeed
- Someone commercially minded with strong communication and the confidence to speak with clients and candidates alike
- Coachable, energetic, and ambitious – you\’re not afraid of hard work and want a proper shot at success
- 360 focused – ready to learn how to build your own desk, not just fill roles
- Someone who\’s proactive, curious, and doesn’t need hand-holding but wants mentorship and a proven playbook to follow
- Strong commission structure (earning from day one)
- Realistic £50–60k+ OTE in year one
- Step into a desk with 15+ active roles and a clear pipeline
- Opportunities to build and eventually lead a team on the desk
- Hybrid working: typically 2–3 days in the office/week
- Join a business of 50+ people across London, Belfast, and New York
- Access to all levels of leadership in a flat, open structure
- 8-week onboarding and training programme (if needed)
- Weekly desk-side sessions and 1:1 mentorship
