They have offices in Bristol, Truro, London, Stockton On Tees, two in Jersey, Greece and are delighted to be opening a new office in Exeter in Spring 2024. As an organic company, which only recruits at Trainee level, they are looking to invest in 4 individuals to join them! Key Responsibilities Your day-to-day will include: Business Development – reaching out to new clients, demonstrating how you can add value to them and bringing them onboard. Sourcing new candidates by posting adverts, headhunting on LinkedIn/job boards and by generating referrals through your growing network. Matching your candidates skillset to your clients needs, conduct phone interviews and organise meetings with both parties. Building rapport and developing the relationships for repeat business. Negotiating terms of business, business rates, salaries for both clients and candidates. Closing deals! What they’re looking for: They are keen to consider individuals from all backgrounds including recent graduates, hospitality, sales, construction, healthcare and even the military. You need to be able to demonstrate: Bright and confident personality Money driven and has clear financial goals A good work ethic / ambitious Competitive streak A background of excellence whether this be getting promoted at work or sport to a high level. Benefits: Uncapped commission of up to 20%, in addition to basic salary, allowing you to be financially compensated for your work ethic. Our commission has no threshold allowing you to realistically earn commission from Day 1. Realistic OTE Yr1 – £45k, Yr2 60k+, Yr3 £80k+. In 2022/2023, 50% of consultants with 12 months+ experience earned £50k+, 30% £80k+, 20% £100k+. Career progression with clear, realistic and achievable targets to hit your next promotion.
