The Opportunity
We’re seeking a commercially minded 360 Recruiter with a strong focus on business development and the ability to build new client relationships in the start-up tech space. You’ll combine BD leadership with high-quality delivery once accounts are secured, helping founders and leadership teams hire across GTM, Product, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business activity and open new client relationships in the tech start-up and scale-up ecosystem.
- Build long-term, consultative partnerships with founders and senior hiring leaders.
- Expand accounts into multi-role, ongoing relationships.
- Deliver recruitment projects across GTM, Product, and Engineering once an account is secured.
- Identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and position yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Structure your work independently to maximise revenue and impact.
- Contribute to the commercial growth and strategic direction of the boutique.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of 360 recruitment experience within tech or GTM recruitment — essential.
- Proven ability to win new business and develop accounts.
- Experience working with high-growth start-ups or scale-ups is a strong advantage.
- Relationship-led, consultative approach to BD and delivery.
- Commercially aware, proactive, and motivated by ownership and autonomy.
- Comfortable in a small, flexible, non-KPI-driven environment.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage BD and delivery workload effectively.
