The firm is on a growth trajectory, focusing on delivering exceptional results within Finance, Asset Management, Venture Capital (VC), Private Equity (PE), and Insurance. Located in Mayfair, this boutique agency prides itself on a meticulous approach to retained searches, producing highly detailed reports for its prestigious clients – which you will be directly responsible for. They have completed 600 searches, working with FTSE 100, FTSE 250, AIM, and private companies to deliver board and exec level placements.

What Are They Looking For?

The team looking for someone to move into a Headhunter & Fee Earner to drive business growth and to close high profile searches. Ideally the following background:

  • Have proven Headhunting experience (Ideally across Finance).
  • Be dependable, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Thrive in a role that prioritises Business Development, headhunting high profile executives & ultimately delivering on retained mandates.
  • Keen to learn from an MD who has delivered £1m+ billings consistently for the past decade.
  • Want to progress through a business and become integral to the long-term success of the business.

What I\’m Looking For?

You’ll excel in this role if you:

  • Are passionate about networking, origination and closing high value fees.
  • Can handle complex, detailed mandates and have a drive to bill as much as possible.
  • Value collaboration but are self-sufficient in producing high-quality work.
  • Aspire to bill over £300k+ personally and to lead a team of Headhunters
  • If you billed £350k (New business) you will take home £200k of that.
  • Transparent Commission Structure up to 60%
  • Fully expensed travel to work (inside Zone 3)
  • Prime London location: Bond Street
  • Paid sabbatical after 5 years service
