I am looking for proven performers to deliver on retained searches whilst also expanding with new business. They have a very strong leader focusing on Product and are looking to emulate this across Data & Software Engineering. Interestingly, 60% of their work comes from within their internal network from work passed on.

What’s the Role?

  • Focus on working with venture capital, private equity, and growth equity clients, alongside some corporate tech clients.
  • Deliver searches from mid-level to senior roles, typically Heads of, VPs, and leadership roles across Tech, Engineering, and Data.
  • Mix of retained search and project-based work, with average fees ranging between £30k and £60k.
  • Build and expand client relationships, focusing on new business in tech, data, and engineering sectors.
