This agency partners exclusively with leading VC firms to place top-tier talent across Data, AI, Software Product and Cloud. Founded 15 months ago, they have already billed $1m in their first year and are on track to hit $2.5m this year. With a team of high performers and a founder who is personally billing $700k+ YTD, this is a business built on results, not noise. They only work retained or exclusive – no clients who won’t sign, no chasing people who don’t reply within 48 hours. The average deal size sits at $40–50k with a time-to-fill of 30–45 days. One of their recent hires billed $120k in their first 7 weeks. They are now looking for experienced 360 recruiters to join them as they scale toward 20–30 heads and cement their position as the go-to partner for their US VC network.

- Flexible working hours – start between 10–11am, finish between 7–8pm. 4 days in office, (down to 3 after probation)
