180 Delivery Consultant
Central London, Office Based
£30,000 – £40,000 Base + Commission up to 22.5%
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing, high-growth search firm that has doubled revenue year on year for the last 3 years and operates with a consistently £2-3 million live pipeline across 70-80 roles.
With recent placements across engineering leadership, fintech, hedge funds, and high-growth startups, this team is scaling fast – and looking for a delivery consultant ready to make an immediate impact.
You’ll join a lean, tight-knit team where high performance is the standard, and those who go above and beyond are rewarded with fast progression, a clear commission structure, and long-term equity potential.
What You’ll Be Doing 🔎
- NO BD: just pure delivery against live, high value mandates
- Own the full candidate journey from sourcing, qualifying & managing through to close
- Have 3-4 live roles to work at any one time – often across engineering, product, or commercial verticals
- Collaborate directly with senior consultants and founders to drive consistent delivery
- Help shape and scale the firm’s candidate experience and delivery function
