The Ideal Candidate
- Ideally operating in US markets (Aerospace, Defence, Tech, Engineering)

- Must have the hunger to build into a high-fee 360 role
- Comfortable working US hours (East & West Coast coverage)
- A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and wants to grow fast
- Could suit an SDR with recruitment crossover
Compensation
- Up to £30k basic salary (DOE)
- 50/50 splits on perm fees once you build into 360
- Long-term scope for shareholding, leadership & US trips
