This isn’t a desk you inherit; you’re building it.
The role:
- Senior or Principal level, with two clear tracks depending on what you want:
- Billing manager - build and lead a team with structured support from experienced leadership
- High-billing individual - own your desk, no people management, no dilution of focus
What’s on offer:
- Competitive base + up to 35% commission, no threshold
