We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to join a fast-scaling talent partner that's redefining recruitment for early-stage startup and scale-up tech businesses. After a strong first 12–14 months focused on existing relationships, we’re doubling down on new business growth — and that’s where you come in.

We specialise in GTM recruitment (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) for high-growth companies in the UK & EMEA. Clients range from stealth-mode startups to funded scaleups, typically 20–100 headcount.

As BDM, you’ll partner directly with the founder — someone who’s built a deep niche and has strong ties with C-level execs. You’ll be the driving force behind new client acquisition, while also inheriting live roles to deliver from Day 1.

  • Lead outbound BD efforts to win exclusive & retained projects
  • Represent the brand at events, client visits, and global meetups
  • Own your desk with freedom, support and serious earning potential

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years+ in BD, sales or recruitment — agency or SaaS sales is a plus
  • Self-starter mindset — not afraid of tough days or long-term wins
  • 75% focus on BD, with mentorship directly from the founder
  • Hybrid work model (2 days min in the office)
  • Monthly incentives, annual holidays, & genuine six-figure potential
  • Culture built on trust, autonomy, and high performance
