Join a client-facing team focused on Technology, Data, and Business Change .
Operate within large-scale transformation programs, particularly within Insurance and Financial Services .
Build and manage client relationships across key UK and EU markets, including opportunities to specialise in Scandinavia or Danish markets .
Contribute to retained and project-based recruitment assignments, including SOW and consultancy solutions .
The Business:
~60-person international recruitment business with offices in London, Munich, Leicester, Denmark, and the Netherlands .
~ Focused on Tech, Data, and Change across the UK and Europe , with a growing presence in Scandinavia.
~ Strong leadership team with a clear, long-term vision—backed by co-founders with proven success.
~ Sales team performance: £Proven experience in a sales-focused recruitment role (2–3+ years minimum) .
Strong understanding of the tech, data, or change markets—experience in Insurance or Financial Services is a bonus but not essential.
A natural business developer who can win clients , build accounts, and convert relationships into revenue.
