As a Waitress, your role is to be an exceptional team player and to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Ensuring the restaurant is always immaculately presented. Working alongside the Head Waiter to take orders and serve food and drinks. Motivated, creative, and with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment. Excellent attention to detail and a good knowledge of food and beverages. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
