What will I be doing?

  • Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance of public areas and achieve assigned daily housekeeping tasks and schedules.
  • Respond to guest requests promptly and assist in the efficiency and smooth running of the Housekeeping department.
  • Report any suspicious activity to the public area supervisor or executive housekeeper.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of guest dry‑cleaning.
  • Sweep and mop changing‑room floors and replenish public area washroom amenities every thirty minutes.
  • Clean all basins, vanity shelves, mirrors, chrome areas, pipes, toilets and showers in the staff girls and gents changing rooms.
  • Clean and polish all doors, fittings, and clean glass lamps and mirrors as required.
  • Deliver immediately to the Housekeeping office all lost property.
  • Carry out routine and periodic cleaning in allocated areas, as directed by Supervisors.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in Housekeeping, preferably within a 4/5 star hotel.
  • Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high‑profile guests.
  • Strong eye for detail and excellent presentation standards.
  • Good command of the English language, spoken and written.
  • A self‑starter and team‑player.
  • Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
