What will I be doing?
As a Waitress, your role is to be an exceptional team player and to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You must have a passion for providing a service that is personal to each of our guests and the ability to interact confidently with them to ensure a fantastic experience at One Sloane. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the restaurant is always immaculately presented
- Preparing mise en place and setting up tables
- Working alongside the Head Waiter to take orders and serve food and drinks
- Ensuring guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, and appropriately signed or paid.

- Immaculate personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality
- Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories
- Motivated, creative, and with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a good knowledge of food and beverages.
