What will I be doing?

• Welcoming guests to the restaurant and escorting them to their table with seamless efficiency, leaving a positive lasting impression
• Creating genuine emotional bonds with guests to build loyalty and exceptional service experiences
• Answering telephone calls, making reservations, and managing bookings
• Liaising with our Reservations and Front Office teams for bookings
• Coordinating with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef for special requests, menus, and assisting other colleagues throughout service.
• Bring experience managing entrances or guest flows for bars, nightclubs, or similar high-energy venues.
• Immaculate personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality
• Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories
• Motivated, creative, and experienced in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment
• A passion for food and quality products, a team player who is an avid learner, and wants to be challenged and developed
• Proven ability to work in a pressured environment with the most demanding guests
• Be flexible to work on weekends and holidays.
