At Sloane is seeking a Guest Relations & Guest Experience Manager in London.

You will own the guest journey from initial enquiry to post-stay, building relationships and ensuring exceptional service across all guest-facing areas.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and PR to raise the hotel’s profile, manage VIP arrivals, and act as senior on-site leader in the General Manager's absence.

Evening, weekend and bank holiday availability is required.
