What will I be doing?
- As a Commis waitress, your role is to be an exceptional team player and to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- You must have a passion for providing a service that is personal to each of our guests and the ability to interact confidently with them to ensure a fantastic experience.
- Ensuring the restaurant is always immaculately presented.
- Preparing mise en place and setting up tables.
- Working alongside the Head/Senior Waiter to take orders and serve food and drinks.
- Ensuring guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, and appropriately signed or paid.
What are we looking for?
- Immaculate personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality.
- Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories.
- Motivated, creative, and with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a five‑star hotel or fine dining environment.
