Job Overview
As a Cocktail Waitress, your role is to be an exceptional team player and to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
You must have a passion for providing a service that is personal to each of our guests and the ability to interact confidently with them to ensure a fantastic experience at Sloane.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the restaurant is always immaculately presented
- Preparing mise en place and setting up tables
- Working alongside the Head Waiter to take orders and serve food and drinks
- Ensuring guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, and appropriately signed or paid
- Immaculate personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality
- Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories
Qualifications
- Motivated, creative, and with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a five‑star hotel or fine dining environment
- Excellent attention to detail and a good knowledge of food and beverages
- An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills
- An open and approachable manner, and thrive on interacting with people
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
