What will I be doing?

As a Bartender/Mixologist, your role demands a deep passion and expertise in premium beverages, along with prior experience working in high-volume restaurants and bars. Your primary objective will be to create exceptional and unforgettable experiences for guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring that service is prompt and professional
  • Working with the Head Bartender and other Bartenders to create classic cocktails that stand the test of time
  • Being fully conversant in serving cocktails, drinks, and food to the hotel's standards
  • Handling complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring adherence to licensing laws and health and safety legislation

What are we looking for?

  • Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories
  • Motivated, creative, and with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment
  • Have a passion for cocktails and quality products, be a team player who is an avid learner and wants to be challenged and developed
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with the most demanding guests
  • Have exceptional product knowledge, specifically around classic cocktails
  • Be flexible to work on late shift including weekends and bank holidays
