What will I be doing?
As a Bartender/Mixologist, your role demands a deep passion and expertise in premium beverages, along with prior experience working in high-volume restaurants and bars. Your primary objective will be to create exceptional and unforgettable experiences for guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring that service is prompt and professional
- Working with the Head Bartender and other Bartenders to create classic cocktails that stand the test of time
- Being fully conversant in serving cocktails, drinks, and food to the hotel’s standards
- Handling complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensuring adherence to licensing laws and health and safety legislation
What are we looking for?
- Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories
- Motivated, creative, and with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment
- Have a passion for cocktails and quality products, be a team player who is an avid learner and wants to be challenged and developed
- Be fluent in spoken and written English
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a pressured environment with the most demanding guests
- Have exceptional product knowledge, specifically around classic cocktails
- Be flexible to work on late shifts including weekends and bank holidays
