The predicted salary is between 12 - 17 £ per hour.

Competitive hourly rate up to £17.26 per hour, comprising a base rate of £12.26 per hour plus approximately £4.5–£6.00 per hour in service charge, depending on business levels.

What will I be doing? As a Commis waitress, your role is to be an exceptional team player and to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You must have a passion for providing a service that is personal to each of our guests and the ability to interact confidently with them to ensure a fantastic experience at Sloane. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the restaurant is always immaculately presented
  • Preparing mise en place and setting up tables
  • Working alongside the Head/Senior Waiter to take orders and serve food and drinks
  • Ensuring guest bills are correctly priced, well presented, and appropriately signed or paid.

  • Immaculate personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality
  • Intuitive service and an absolute understanding of our guests' needs to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories
  • Motivated, creative, and with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment

  • An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills

  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
