We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time legal assistant to join our friendly team. This role will provide a high level of support to our Solicitors and other team members in the provision of an efficient, personal and professional service at all times, ensuring that business objectives are achieved. The right candidate will be able to deliver their responsibilities to a high standard and operate in a fast‑paced team with the aim of becoming an integral and invaluable part of that team.
Responsibilities
- Client contact – making and receiving calls, dealing efficiently with enquiries, communicating politely, effectively and in line with our client care policy.
- Correspondence – preparing and managing all forms of correspondence, including letters and emails, along with inbound and outbound post, photocopying and other administrative duties as required.
- Assisting with transactions – corresponding with third parties, completing delegated tasks, ordering property searches, downloading documents from the Land Registry, preparing completion statements and invoices.
- Maintain high professional standards, confidence, confidentiality and integrity.
