Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other team members to align on project goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to inform design decisions.
- Create user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to clearly communicate your ideas.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation and design consistency.
- Promote design thinking and user-centered principles across the team.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in visual design, UI patterns, and usability best practices.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong, relevant portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma β including components, design systems, and prototyping.
- Understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility.
- Strong visual design sense and attention to detail.
- Ability to present and explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts.
