What you will be doing:
- The EHS Advisor is an entry-level role within the site EHS team, supporting delivery of the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) programme across the Development Laboratories and Drug Substance Manufacturing areas.
- Support day-to-day EHS activities while learning how we maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
- Help keep systems and records up to date, including incident reports and supporting documentation.
- Support EHS investigations and develop your understanding of risk management and follow-up actions.
- Assist with EHS training activities and help support effective training administration across the site.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and gain exposure to site audit activities.
- Support environmental and sustainability programmes that contribute to responsible site operations.
- Assist with carbon footprinting and emissions data collection and analysis, building experience in sustainability-related activities.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- A degree in Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks.
- A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work well with others and communicate clearly.
- A genuine interest in EHS and sustainability, with enthusiasm to learn and develop in the role.
