Asycd's Research Lab is a rebellious, exploratory space where early-career AI enthusiasts collaborate on experimental projects in generative AI, prompt engineering, and agentic systems. We run in 3-month sprint cycles, selecting a small cohort of researchers to push boundaries, test ideas, and refine their own reasoning in real time. This is not a job. It's a structured, educational research experience designed to empower curious minds and creative technologists.

The Application Process

- Research Proposal + Interview: Shortlisted applicants will be invited to develop a oneâpage research proposal based on one of our suggested themesâor a topic of your own that aligns with the Lab's ethos. Youâll then discuss your proposal with our team in a conversational interview focused on curiosity, clarity, and creative reasoning.
- Final Decision: After the interview, weâll review your proposal, your approach to exploration, and your fit for the cohort. All applicants will receive a decision and brief feedback.
