ASW Property Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team. As a Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas systems in residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise in gas systems and mechanical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of gas installations.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair gas systems in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential issues or malfunctions in gas systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting gas equipment
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot gas system problems and provide effective solutions
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Gas Engineer with minimum 2 years experience
  • Strong knowledge of gas systems and related equipment

  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Familiarity with plumbing principles and practices
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
