We are looking for a highly motivated Tenant Liaison Officer/Administrator to join our team and support the delivery of exceptional tenant relations and communication within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in facilitating effective communication between tenants and management to foster positive relationships.
  • Support the development and implementation of initiatives designed to enhance tenant satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
  • Help administer tenant feedback mechanisms, including surveys and forums, to gather insights for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing tenant events and initiatives aimed at community building.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure tenant needs and issues are addressed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, issues raised, and resolutions provided.
  • Organise and manage documentation related to tenant interactions, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Analyse tenant feedback trends and provide periodic reports to management with suggestions for improvement.
  • Support the administration of tenant agreements, renewals, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a tenant liaison, customer service, or administrative role is desirable, preferably within the property management or housing sector.
  • Basic understanding of tenant rights and relevant regulations is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
