The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland (RZSS) is looking for staff to provide excellent customer service at Edinburgh Zoo’s Giant Lanterns event. Roles are within either our retail or admissions teams, lasting four months from November 2026 to February 2027.
You will greet visitors, handle tills, upsell products, and keep front-of-house areas pristine. You’ll work to a high standard of customer care, maintain stock, and help ensure a welcoming environment.
