With a host of SPOOKTACULAR Halloween happenings taking place at Dalkeith Country Park, we are looking for enthusiastic Visitor Services Assistants to work across our Fort Douglas Adventure Playground and Coffee Cabin.
The role?
- Serving hot drinks, snacks and treats in the Coffee Cabin
- Welcoming visitors to Fort Douglas Adventure Playground and processing admissions
- Sharing information about our attractions and answering visitor questions
- Assisting with our Spooky Scavenger Hunt and other Halloween activities.
This is a seasonal contract running from 3 October to 1 November, with a mix of daytime and evening shifts, including weekends.
About you?
- Friendly, approachable and enthusiastic
- Confident interacting with visitors of all ages
- Calm and positive during busy periods
- Reliable, flexible and keen to learn.
Previous customer service or hospitality experience would be beneficial, but it’s not essential as full training will be provided. If you enjoy working with people and want to be part of a fun and supportive team during one of our busiest seasons, we’d love to hear from you.
