The Role
You will provide exceptional customer service within our café at Kirkcaldy Galleries. You’ll be preparing and serving food, snacks and beverages, recording payments through EPOS till systems, supporting cafe deliveries, café admin and general cleaning duties will apply. You may need to support the venue to deliver food and drink services at events, including community and corporate hires.
The position is for 12 hours,
Thursday 12.00 – 16.00
Friday 11.00 – 15.00
Saturday 11.00 – 15.00
The position will have the above-based working pattern, but flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the business.

About You
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in customer service environments and interacting with the public in a café setting.
You will ideally have similar experience in a catering and/or customer service environment. Previous café experience and barista training is highly desirable, as is experience in preparing food, snacks, and operating commercial catering equipment. You will have current knowledge of health and safety requirements and allergens in the food environment.
